At Carto.pk, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below for full details on order processing and delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Free delivery across Pakistan (unless specified otherwise during promotional periods or bulk orders).

2. Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Estimated Shipping Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 2 to 5 working days.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during national holidays, mega sales events, or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Payment Verification & Order Dispatch

Cash on Delivery (COD): Orders placed via COD are processed immediately after phone or WhatsApp confirmation.
50% Advance Payment Items: For items marked with an advance payment tag, dispatch will occur once the 50% advance deposit screenshot is verified by our team on WhatsApp (03269487022).

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Process

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with your courier tracking link.
Courier representatives will attempt delivery at your specified shipping address. Please ensure your contact phone number is active and keep the exact cash amount ready for COD parcels.

5. Parcel Inspection Policy

For safety and security reasons, courier companies in Pakistan do not allow parcels to be opened before full cash payment is handed over to the rider.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please take a clear photo/video and contact our support team immediately for an easy replacement under our 7-day Return Policy.
